Jade & John

Posted by: Becky De Oliveira in Weddings

Jade is such a beautifully stunning Bride.

My dear friend Lexi Haslam of Lexington & Co brought this lovely couple to see us, who wed at Casa Loma in the summer of 2015.

Jade and John wanted a garden style look that was sophisticated and classic to suit their beautiful Venue. Jade loved dramatic and bold wine accents paired with peach tones and creams, with lots of foliages.

The talented sisters of Amsis Photography did us proud on these amazing photos from the couple's special day. Can it be possible to not have a gorgeous wedding when you're getting married in a castle?!!!!

Kelly & Mike

Posted by: Becky De Oliveira in Weddings

This sweet restaurant wedding was so lovely, and honestly one of the most laid back clients I have ever worked with. ( read: she trusted the professionals and it made for an even more amazing day!)

Kelly and Mike got married in BC and hosted a fun reception to celebrate afterwards, here in Toronto.

Kelly wanted a clean and simple look for her florals, as Jump Restaurant is such a modern space with very masculine details ( think glass, leather, wood, dull metals, mustard fabric chairs and a wine rack wall).

We created a muted palette with ivory and beige tones with a soft yellow and paired the palette with garden style foliages and modern shaped vessels for the small restaurant tables. I think it really worked, I absolutely loved how chic and clean the space looked that day.

And of course, fabulous photography by our insanely talented friends : Barb shooting for Tara McMullen Photography, take a peek at the images ( oh, and Kelly and Mike's adorable dog!)

K&M, you two are amazing and we love you.

Adrienne & Chris

Posted by: Becky De Oliveira in Weddings

Another pretty wedding from 2015.

A+C came to us with a pretty specific vision of the neutral soft and romantic tone they wanted for their wedding. Adrienne really loved whites and creams, with a touch of peach from the infamous Juliet garden rose, and Chris really loved the light green foliage of the silver dollar eucalyptus.

They chose our friend Danijela as their photographer, and they wed at Story's Building on Duncan Street, downtown Toronto.

We really loved creating their hanging Altarpiece, which was hung from the ceiling at the Venue and deconstructed during the cocktail hour. Adding soft and billowing chiffon to any statement piece will always be a favourite memory!

Take a look at these amazing photos from the talented Danijela of these two lovely people. Thanks for being so great A+C!

Emily & Chris

Posted by: Becky De Oliveira in Weddings

This wedding!!! I just loved how laid back Emily was when she came to meet with me in 2015.

I also love that she chose our dear friend Danijela to be her photographer, because, well.... look at these darling photos. I love how Danijela works with light and shadow in all of her galleries and work.

Emily wanted bold colour with her wedding palette, opting for ivory tones with deep wine, and a splash of berry to mix it up! She and Chris wed at one of Toronto's beautiful venues, the Gardiner Museum.

This was such a fun wedding for such lovely people, E+C.. you guys are just amazing. Thank you for working with us, and Danijela:: You are incredible and we love you and your work!

Kristina & Kendall

Posted by: Becky De Oliveira in Weddings

Ahhhh these two. Their love of colour and need for bold and brightness really made me so happy!

Kristina and Kendall wed in September of 2015 at Steamwhistle Brewery. It was a very, very hot day that day and these two were outside doing portraits like complete troopers!

K+K took their love for vibrant colour throughout their wedding, and the stationery was absolutely perfect paired with their punchy citrus toned florals.

I just love a bright wedding thrown into the mix, it is not a norm for us with wedding palettes so I always remember the couples who really get into going bold! It's so memorable.

How beautiful are these captures from the amazingly talented Erin Blackwood?! It's always amazing to know the photographer our clients have hired ~ there is nothing more exciting than knowing you get to work with amazing friends and vendors in the city!

K+K, you two are nothing but pure gold and we had so much fun working with you!
